Nathan Brown MD, DMD and his staff deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 985-643-1010. We are available to address any concerns.


Most patients come to our practice with questions about their oral and maxillofacial care that our doctor, nurses, and clinical staff can address. An added concern of patients and family is that of the financial aspects of this care. Our business office staff will assist you and make every effort to make this aspect of your care run smoothly.

Our office gladly accepts payments by VISA, Discover, and MasterCard credit cards. Financing through CareCredit® is also an available option. CareCredit® will extend credit upon application approval. This application process must be handled prior to the date of surgery. Specific details and assistance are available from our staff. Call us anytime!


It is customary to receive full payment for the initial examination, as well as, payment for emergency visits at the time services are rendered.




The fee for in-office surgical care usually includes up to three follow-up visits for post-op care.

The following payment options are available:

  1. Patients without insurance are required to make full payment at the time services are rendered.
  2. Patients with insurance are required to make a payment at the time of surgery based upon estimated benefits provided by your insurance company. (Please see insurance tab).


All financial arrangements for implant surgery must be arranged with the business office BEFORE surgery is scheduled. Patients are responsible for ALL fees and are required to make a $500 deposit at the pre-op appointment. Surgery is subject to cancellation if this payment is not received. Payment may include credit cards, as listed above, or CareCredit® financing.
