Dental Assistant

Northlake Oral & Facial Surgery in Mandeville and Slidell is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Dental Assistant for a full-time position. We run a very busy practice, thus the individual we hire must be flexible, possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and be ready and able to learn our standard operating procedures. We require a team player who is ready to learn and demonstrates the utmost professionalism and dedication to the job.

Duties include assisting during surgical procedures, taking medical histories, confirming treatment plans, providing proper sterilization, taking X-rays, instructing patients on pre- and post-op care, and maintaining treatment rooms and supplies.

Knowing another language is a plus.
